Kim chi fried rice

‘Kim chi fried rice’ makes Kimchi more delicious to eat than before, so I teach to making Kim chi fried rice. Materials are kim chi, pork, canola oil, pepper, rice, onion, sugar, garlic, etc. First of all, Wash the rice for less than three times, and put it in the water for about 30 minutes to an hour. And then to make same amount of water and rice, steam the rice. Open the Kim chi jar and clean it out some of red peppers and cut it into eatable pieces. Prepare the pork without fat, and cut it into eatable piece with Kim chi. Cut the root of a green onion, and wash it out. And then cut it until it became like a powder, also with garlic after taking off the skin. Marinate the pork with a Kim chi, powdery green onion and garlic, sugar, smashed sesame, sesame oil, pepper. Put some Canola oils on fried pan and pre-heat it. When it is hot enough, put those marinated stuffs into the pan and fried it until it become well done. When meat is well cooked, put some more canola oil and rice. Stir with spoon well, unless rice will stuck in to the pan. When it seems ready, taste it. In this way, Kim chi changed ‘Kim chi fried rice’ that more delicious food.
